IRVING, Texas - Miller Lite will present the Dallas Cowboys 2008 Silver and Blue Debut on Wednesday August 20 at 7:00 p.m. at Texas Stadium. The Silver and Blue Debut marks the first time in 17 years, that the Cowboys will host an open practice at the stadium and officially kicks off the team's season-long "Farewell" to Texas Stadium commemoration.
Sponsored by Miller Brewing, the evening practice will be free and open to the public and is scheduled to feature live-entertainment, performances by the Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders, live in-stadium interviews with players and coaches, promotional give-aways and much more. The practice will be formatted as a regular team workout session, lasting approximately two hours and will include the camera crews of the Hard Knocks television series that is focusing on the 2008 Cowboys training camp.
The autograph session being held prior to the Silver and Blue Debut open practice will be open to the first 1000 fans entering the stadium. Upon entering the stadium, these 1000 fans will receive a wristband which will allow them to be escorted on-field for the autograph session. The autograph session with former Dallas Cowboys players representing all decades of Dallas Cowboys history and current Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders will take place for select fans from 5:30 - 6:15 p.m. Practice will begin at 7:00 p.m. and conclude at 9:00 p.m.

Texas Stadium gates are scheduled to open at 4:30 p.m. on August 20.
The 2008 season marks the last year the team will play at Texas Stadium. In 2009, the Cowboys will begin play in the team's new stadium in Arlington, Texas.
